This drive is a favourite of ours and has become an annual event. It’s a great drive with fun roads to enjoy to a fantastic destination. We hope you can join us and other Porsche enthusiasts for a great morning out.

When: Sunday, August 26

Meeting point: Cowan Rest Area / Truck Stop

Time: 8:00am for an 8:30am departure

Destination: The Wollombi Tavern, 2994 Great Northern Road, Wollombi, NSW 2325

Schedule:

8:30am: Meeting Point

*toilets available - no coffee

9:00am - 10:20am: Drive to Wollombi

10:20am - 10:30am: Park / Order Food @ Wollombi Tavern

Return trip:

1) Go back the way we came

2) Continue on and loop back through putty rd into north/west Sydney.

3) head to the coast and come back on the M1.

Important notes:

Winter temperatures can be low in the lower hunter valley, dress as appropriately

No coffee available at meeting point
For those who don’t wish to do the whole drive you can easily do 30-40km and u-turn back for Coffee / tea and snacks available at The Old Road Cafe: https://www.facebook.com/TheOldRoadCafe/

There will be Live music and fund raising at the Wollombi Tavern for the drought hit farmers.
