Workshop Update

WORKSHOP UPDATE

All Services Still in Operation

I wanted to take the opportunity to write to you in what is an unprecedented situation. Our everyday lives are changing, but our passion for Porsche is not.

We are happy to let our customers know that, “It is business as usual” here in “The Haus”

That’s not to suggest that we have taken the current situation lightly. We have stopped and reviewed our processes and workshop. Every one of our service bays are spread far enough to easily pass the guidelines from our Government. We monitored our sanitisation, only to realise that we currently wash our hands 6-12 times a day. Our protective workwear is washed daily at high temperature.

We already protect your vehicle with disposable Seat, Steering wheel and Gear selector covers, on arrival and before we commence work on your vehicle, as part of our existing process. With the lifting of the water restrictions, we are back to cleaning your Porsche, inside and out, before client collection.

Obviously anyone of our team will let us know immediately they have any of the advised symptoms, or believe that they could have been exposed to anyone who may be unwell. On notification they will be immediately removed from our workplace and sent home for the statutory period of self-isolation.

Unfortunately we will be making a slight and temporary change to our activity with the suspension of Cars & Coffee events, “In the Haus” tech nights and “Nachttreffen” meets.

But don’t worry, our drives and Private track days will continue until further notice.

We realise that a car will be essential during these times and it may be the only way to leave the house for a bit of a break from Netflix so be assured we are here to keep you mobile and passionate about your Porsche.

Regards,

Grant
