It’s been a crazy week here at Autohaus Hamilton, we’ve unfortunately been low on staff with the flu back in town and claiming a few of the team. This lead to the workload being shared and taken on by a fit and healthy A-team.

The A-Team hit the road rolling through, with Matt in the engine room kicking off two new engine builds, both 930! Finished up a transmission rebuild for a now concourse grade 911SC, and managed to get not one but two air-cooled track monsters tuned up at the dyno and ready to once again hit the track.

We had a special visit from Aaron and Joel from Petrolicious. They’re knee deep into a film on Graeme’s 3.8RSR which was recently completed only a few months ago, we might note, since its completion has already seen more track time than most track cars we maintain! Go Graeme! On the topic of project cars, Stephen also managed to drop by in his 1974 911 Targa. A beautiful restoration.

In the fab-room Stuart managed to complete our first 991 GT3 safety harness bar. This is a bolt in option, leaving the interior looking factory and allowing the driver to utilize factory seat belts for the road and a 6 point safety harness on the track.

All in all, another great week in Porsche land. We want to take this opportunity to quickly thank the team and their on-going hard work. We’ve all had to pick up the slack somewhere this week and together we’ve once again smashed the ball out of the park. Good work.
