Following up from an immensely successful??Tour of the Snowy Mountains, we’ve once again partnered with David Thomas of Driving Adventures and we’re getting into the winter road-trippin’ spirit with the Autohaus Hamilton Tour of the Blue Mountains and Southern Highlands.
The tour will run from??Saturday the third of August until Sunday the fourth of August, 2013, and take you out of the hustle and bustle of Sydney into the beautiful scenery and driving roads of the Blue Mountains and Southern Highlands.
We’ll meet at the Autohaus Hamilton garage at 7:30AM on Saturday morning or 9AM at George St, Windsor (just off Windsor Road). From there we twist along the lovely Bells Line of Road to the Blue Mountains and head into Oberon for lunch before a scenic drive to Goulburn where we’ll spend the night.
On Sunday morning we’ll begin winding our way to the Southern Highlands, where we’ll spend some time exploring picturesque villages and more magnificent driving roads before dropping down the escarpment to the South Coast and taking in the Sea Cliff Bridge and the Royal National Park on the way home on Sunday.
As for cars - bring your Porsche, or anything else in which you’d like to spend a fun and social weekend. Alternatively, Dave offers Boxsters for hire at a cost of $1,000 for the weekend.
The cost for the tour is $550 per couple or twin share and $485 for a single. This includes??all accommodation, a social Saturday night dinner, cooked breakfast on Sunday morning, the support of David Thomas and the Autohaus Hamilton team, and a detailed road-book.
Bookings will be taken until??Friday the 26th July,??places are limited and they???ll be allocated on a first-in first-served basis, so be quick if you???d like to join us on this grand adventure! Bookings will be secured on payment.
