This 1997 911 ( 993 ) would be one of the very last 993 Air cooled 911 Cabriolets ever sold in Australia!
Originally delivered by Hamiltons ( now Porsche Centre Melbourne ) in February of 1997 to the first owner. Ordered in Gloss Black with matching Black hood, leather and optional 17" wheels.
Porsche had already increased the power of these 3.6 Litre engines to 285 bhp with the addition of "VarioRam" and matched it to their Ultra reliable Tiptronic gearbox. It was also the first time that a Porsche convertible was sold with "family friendly" 4 seats!

25 years and only 4 owners latter, the car has only travelled 64,000 kms.
We started servicing this car as far back as 2010 and have been looking after it since. We have just performed the Porsche Major service, done a full Pre Sales inspection and attended to the items that often come up after 25 years. A new set of tyres, 4 new shock absorbers, new Brake pads and discs, along with a list of age related items to make it set for the next 25 years.
This would be one of the most original 993's that we have seen. Nothing has been added, improved or removed. I fitted the factory tonneau cover for the first time, for the photos and fitted the factory optional rear wind deflector.

Original books, Service history, both keys, car cover and the inevitable file of invoices which come with a well cared for Porsche.
