What a week it has been for us here at Autohaus Hamilton. The heat stuck around which took temperatures up to 45’C in the workshop, leaving our technicians taking ice block breaks between jobs.

Talking about jobs we’ve been flat out, with things really starting to pick up once again after the Christmas and New Year’s break. We’ve had a handful of new customers come through this week which, if you’re reading, we would love to welcome you to the family!

Diversity within the marquee was definitely noticeable with pretty much the whole range minus a 944 and 928 coming through the busy workshop. The team have also made some strides on Jeff’s rally 911, stripping it down and repairing a few bits and bobs, now it’s time for some further repairs, adjustments and once again it will be ready for rally events across Australia this year.

The stand out visitors would have to be Carby’s beautiful 996.2 GT3, one of only two finished in the dark grey paint code. B’s new orange 911, a true early 911 with all the ingredients to take the round less chosen. Along with a couple of 356’s, one Speedster and a Coupe, stealing the childhood dreams of all who got to stand close.
